I wanted to write to say a big thank you for organising the perfect holiday for us. We loved everything about the resort and hotel location. We really appreciated the flexibility of staying for longer than a week with a stop in Zernez both ways to make the most of 8 incredible days snowboarding (the snow was fabulous). The restaurant advice and discount cards made eating out easy and very enjoyable. A day in Zurich was an added bonus at the end of our trip. Livigno is a great resort and thank you Nikki and Rob for all your help making our holiday so smooth and hassle free.

Really enjoyed our holiday. Nikki and Rob are fantastic, everything from a very first contact to booking confirmation was handled professionally, also we were very well looked after in the resort. Hotel Pastorella was perfect for our needs, the owner and LivignoSnow clearly have a very good working relationship. We would definitely use LivignoSnow for skiing in Livigno next time. Hotel Bucaneve was great and the staff very welcoming to us, they even did a cake for our little guy for his birthday! They really made Christmas and New Year special with their little touches.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Livigno. The ski area is big enough to provide plenty of variety and the standard of piste grooming is excellent. We particularly liked the free bus service, and this combined with the ski and boot lockers at Mottolino meant that walking around the village in ski boots was banished. One of the high points of the trip was the snowmobile trip: a great experience and a great party afterwards. Our situation is such that the standard package holidays are of no interest to us: ski trips and, for that matter, any trips to Europe, have to be pretty much tailor-made. Your on-site service made it all possible. It is unusual but very nice to be able to reserve a holiday with a deposit and then pay the remainder only on arrival. We very much appreciated being met on arrival and being shown where everything was. Without having you to organize things for us, this holiday would never have happened.

A well organised company, Nikki helped us organise the transfer, met us on arrival, drove us to our chalet and also organised all the equipment hire. A welcome pack was provided containing our ski passes, restaurant discount coupons, ski maps, and a list of exciting aprs ski including snowmobiling, tobogganing (amazing!) and even a quiz night. Livigno Snow sparkled as a contemporary holiday provider.
